New Feature: The Tech's Recommendation:

 We recommend dedicating this carburetor because of the way Briggs designed this engine on this model generator.  The air filter assembly is incorporated into to the upper air shroud and no adapter can be added into the air stream.  But for those that like to keep the gasoline option we offer a US Carburetion exclusive; a swap out air duct elbow (shown below) that replaces the original.  We buy the black plastic elbows from Briggs and modify them in our shop to meter the fuel.  Just loosen some screws, slide the original elbow off and slide the new one on and tighten the screws.  Then one screw is removed on the carburetor for vacuum and that is it.

Please remember that your credit card will not be processed until we review your order.  Every order is reviewed to verify that the kit choice and accessories are appropriate for the Generator and application and then your kit is scheduled for production.  If we determine that an adjustment to your order is necessary, a kit center representative will follow-up promptly with an e-mail or will call to discuss the matter with you.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories like hook-up hoses, quick disconnects, portable cylinder connection parts, and much more can be add to your cart by choosing the "Continue Shopping" button before or after clicking on your kit choice below.   All kits and accessories are shipped for one low fee.  This includes multiple kits for combined orders.  To view the available accessories ahead of time please use the ACCESSORIES link above.

*Click on the picture for a larger view.  This kit requires swapping out the original air duct assembly.  Simply remove the black plastic elbow that connects the air filter to the inlet of the carburetor and install the new elbow which will arrive already equipped with use with alternate fuel.  There will be an additional  $10 core charge for the elbow when the kit is shipped.  If the original elbow on the generator is in "very good" condition or better and it is returned to us we will send a check for $10 when the elbow is received back at the US Carburetion Kit Center and inspected.  Paperwork with full instructions about the core will be included with the kit for easy return.

All four types of kits are available for the Troy-Bilt 1925 generator with the Briggs and Stratton 16hp vertical engine and the Briggs 7000 Elite with the 15hp engine.
